Dermaroller
The genuine Dermaroller has been shown to improve acne scars, sun-damage, lined décolleté and stretch marks. A hand-held roller covered with minute pins is rolled over the skin. The procedure works by putting tiny pin-pricks in the skin which will encourage the skin to repair. The process encourages the rebuilding of collagen and elastin while helping to flatten scars and plump up the skin. It can be used on the face, neck, décolleté, arms and anywhere on the body that there are stretch marks.
The results do not occur immediately but the difference is noticeable a few weeks after the first treatment. Three to five sessions are recommended, depending on the condition to be treated. This can be done over a period of months and the down-time is short – 2 to 24 hours.
The Dermaroller treatment works very effectively in combination with Danné skin revision treatments and we would recommend this to get the best results.
